Communication Agreement

MN home buyers and sellers deserve a better level of service

The National Association of Realtors states that the number one complaint from consumers of their realtors is communication.  Travis has since created a communication agreement so everyone’s expectations are the same.  Below is a copy of that agreement?

Please reach out to me when you need anything.  If you don’t reach out to me, I won’t know that you need anything – and remember that nothing is a bother for me throughout this process.  The buying and selling process is very stressful for most consumers and I want to help relieve some of that stress.  So if you have a questions, call or email me and I will get back to you promptly.

I typically respond to a phone call within 2 hours.  If it’s urgent for you, leave that in the message so I can respond sooner.

I typically respond to emails same business day or the next business day if after 2:00 pm.  I do receive emails on my phone, so if it’s urgent, I can respond sooner.

You will receive a weekly update via email on Monday or Tuesday and a follow up call or email on Thursday or Friday.  So you will hear from me twice each week; unless needed otherwise.

If there are better ways to communicate with you other than phone or email: please share that with me as soon as possible.
